Three shared bathrooms are positioned conveniently across the upstairs hallway, one is never far away. Each is clean, well-stocked, and yours to use freely throughout your stay.

A tea and coffee station is set up at the end of the upstairs hallway, please help yourself any time. A wider selection of teas and coffee is also available in the kitchen downstairs.

A powder room is tucked off the dining room for your convenience, no need to head back upstairs during meals or while relaxing downstairs.

The breakfast room is open to all guests and sets the tone for the day. Tea and coffee are available any time, and breakfast can be arranged at a time that suits you, just let us know the night before.

All guests have access to the Laundry room

An iron and ironing board are available throughout your stay, just ask and we’ll have one brought to you.

A comfortable space to put your feet up. Switch the TV on using the button at the far left of the set and use the Sky remote to browse channels, sport, news, movies, it’s all there.
